You know how nice it can be to receive a lovely surprise. A compliment can have this kind of effect on members of our project teams. Let us know when we are doing things well and we will make sure that we continue to do so.

Complaints

Occasionally things do not go to plan and misunderstandings can occur. Many of these situations can be sorted out quickly and simply, so please either speak to a member of staff involved, or write to the Director. Rest assured that each complaint will be dealt with in confidence.
