Age Concern Northwest Cumbria has 7 specially adapted minibuses with tail lift, driven mainly by volunteer drivers. They provide transport for older people attending our day centres and are also used for outings, for example to the Lake District, the theatre or the annual Age Concern carol service at Carlisle Cathedral.

The minibuses are available to other organisations in the community when not required by Age Concern - at a nominal charge to cover running costs.
