We can provide information on a very wide range of topics of interest to older people and their carers. We are available to talk to you over the telephone, at our offices or in the comfort of your own home.

Our Resource Centres in Whitehaven, Cleator Moor, Workington and Maryport have information for people to help themselves, including:

• Social diaries

For those who would like more support and guidance, we have fully trained staff who can provide help and advice by telephone or face-to-face, by appointment at our Resource Centres, local drop in surgeries or, when appropriate, via a home visit.
