Our services make a great difference to the lives of many older people living across Allerdale and Copeland. Your generosity in supporting our work can help us to maintain and expand our current services, or to develop new ones to meet changing local needs, as the number of older people in our communities continues to rise.

How Can You Help?

By Making a Donation

We really welcome all gifts towards the costs of our work, however small, either on a one-off or more regular basis. Every little bit helps to improve lives.

• Donations: can be made in cash, or by cheque payable to Age Concern Northwest Cumbria.
  
• Gift Aid: If you pay tax, your donation could qualify for Gift Aid, which would increase its value by about a third, and at no extra cost to yourself. Gift Aid declarations can be obtained from the Finance Department.
  
• Covenants: If you would like to make a regular gift for 4 years or more, a Covenant would increase the value of your gift, by enabling Age Concern to reclaim the tax you have already paid on it. Contact the Finance Department for details.

By Remembering Us in Your Will

Everyone who remembers Age Concern Northwest Cumbria in their Will is helping to ensure that a local older person will get the helping hand they need, at the time when they need it. Donations kindly left in Wills can be of huge benefit to our work. For further information on leaving a donation in your Will, contact the Finance Department.
